Control center
Everything you need to run your business phone system.
Administrator access required
Sign in with an approved phone administrator account.
Sign in to IBEX PhoneYour phone system, without the guesswork.
Start with a number, assign people, design a call experience, then review the routing before activation. Active network calls keep their existing routing.
Manage the company phone system
Business numbers, auto-attendant menus, ring groups, hours, routing and company voicemail. Menu settings require a separate activation before they affect incoming calls.
Manage a person's access and preferences
Invite people and assign extensions here. Each person controls their own device and audio settings from the phone app; those are not company-wide routing rules.
Your configuration
Saved configuration shows planned routing; live call delivery remains unchanged until activated.
How an incoming call is handled
This is the design flow, not a live call-path monitor.
Business phone numbers
Manage your lines, find a new number, or transfer an existing one.
Change a label without affecting calls. Release is limited to unconfigured, non-primary numbers and requires Owner approval.
Plan incoming calls for
This saves an assignment but does not modify any existing network webhook, SIP trunk or active call flow.
Find your next business number
Available countries follow IBEX’s approved US, UK and Spain operating policy. Carrier restrictions and documentation may apply.
Prepare a request, then verify account ownership, recent bill, authorization and regulatory paperwork before submitting the transfer request.
Prepare a number port
Porting requests
Auto attendants
Create multiple independent phone menus, each with its own weekly schedule, holiday overrides and keypad actions.
Unlike the previous default-hours setup, these schedules belong to the selected menu. Changes are saved but do not reroute live calls until the call-flow engine is deployed.
Team & user settings
Edit each person’s access, login email, extension, ring groups, and planned number allocations in one place.
Invitations, user roles, disabling, and phone membership changes affect real accounts. The Owner is protected; administrators can manage standard users.
Remove phone access?
Removing prevents new phone calls and access to administrator settings. Their shared account service login is retained for other IBEX services. Existing calls already in progress are not forcibly disconnected.

Agent Studio
Create a separate AI agent, make a voice clone, or add a selected agent to your website. Existing phone routing stays unchanged.
Embed your agent on a website
Select an agent in the receptionist picker above, or enter an agent ID below. You can control which websites are allowed to display the assistant.
Select an agent to generate your embed code.Agent configuration
Read your actual agent configuration without changing the live receptionist. Supported fields above are editable; other areas are summarized below.
Connect your agent to import its configuration.
Greeting & messages
Manage your greeting, recording limits, and message alerts.
Set an approachable greeting, a reasonable ringing period, and where notifications should go. These options are not yet connected to live inbound calls.
Voicemail recordings
Select a user or extension to upload or record that person's greeting. Playback begins only after the incoming route is activated.
Music on hold
Configure the audio your callers hear while waiting on a connected business call.
Hold audio
Upload an MP3 or WAV file, or record a message. This selection applies to new calls placed on hold after it is saved.
Extension directory
Give each team member a short internal number.
Give each team member an extension. A ring group can ring several extensions, and an IVR option can route directly to one.

Ring groups
See who rings when a customer calls your team.
Ring groups
Review the groups your team can receive calls through.
Previous single-menu editor
Older configuration retained for compatibility. Use Auto attendants for all new call menus; saving this legacy form does not publish it.
Keep the top-level menu short: for example, press 1 for new projects, 2 for existing clients, 3 for reception. Configure destination extensions first.
Your weekly schedule
Define working hours and what to do outside them.
Hours determine which path callers should take. Holiday overrides are not implemented yet; they need a tested live-routing release.
Backup destination
Prepare a backup destination for busy or unanswered calls.
Forward calls only to approved US, UK, or Spain numbers. Actual forwarding may incur provider charges and requires live routing activation.
The main line
Prepare the future incoming-call entry point without changing what is live.
The main line should decide the first stop for an inbound call. Changes here are planned; the existing network route remains untouched.
Your main line and receptionist have separate routing controls. Choosing a mode here only stores a planned setup; production activation will require explicit verification and a rollback plan.
Protected calling
Control how your business phone prevents unexpected outbound call charges.
Stop my outbound calls
Immediately blocks new outgoing calls and transfers from your signed-in account. It does not end a call already in progress or block other team accounts.

Emergency calling
E911 requires provider-validated physical location, callback routing, and an approved test process for every applicable number.

Enterprise communications
Inspect rollout status of business calling, conferencing, security and account services.
Some features reuse existing voice infrastructure; others require new carrier provisioning or billing services. Only features connected to the actual route and validated by live calls should be presented as enabled to end customers.
Emergency calling: IBEX Phone currently does not support 911, 112 or other emergency calling. Do not use this web app as your only means of contacting emergency services. Verified emergency addresses and routing must be activated before any E911 claim can be made.
